Lost in another city

Today the lady and I traveled out of town.

Didn’t plan on leaving the city right away, but we needed a few things. A new car, nail supplies, apple case exchanges, lunch, and taxes. American dream. American by birth, American by marriage. Didn’t know that our lost of translations would create distance, but it just words. Words aren’t real. They flow into our minds and stay there if we hold onto them. Like stress, like a backpack full of heavy stones. They are only heavy if you choose to carry them. Let go.
